Welcome to Gramblin (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Gramblin. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to send spam or misleading information.

All content and materials in Gramblin—including logos, graphics, game content, text, and software—are owned by Gramblin or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our express written permission.

3. User Content

You may be allowed to submit content (such as usernames, messages, scores, etc.) during your use of the Services.

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant Gramblin a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and Updates

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
